What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching generally looks at your future goals, while therapy tends to discuss your past.

How does coaching work?

We usually have three 45 minute sessions per month. I also offer unlimited email support.

How long is the usual starting commitment when working with a coach?

I ask for a three month commitment, but if it doesn't appear to be working for a client they can stop immediately.

How do I get started?

Call for a complimentary coaching session with me and we can determine if we are a great match!
