"To the outside world, it may have appeared that I was successful and organized, on the right track as they say. But on the inside I didn’t feel as healthy and happy as I wanted, and was struggling to make decisions. Jaime helped me realize I was ignoring some of the smaller building blocks, such as dealing with a messy environment, that need attention in order to feel fulfilled and accomplished. On a weekly basis, we created a new plan to tackle some of these smaller tasks, and as I completed them, it was easier to focus on the larger and more significant goals.
